Shipping Methods

Deliveries of products are made in Attica and the rest of Greece via the courier company ACS within 1-8 business days.Standard shipping costs are 5€. 

Shipments  are made in Cyprus via the ACS within 1-3 business days and the shipping costs are 15 €. 

Deliveries to countries outside of Greece are made via DHL and the charges vary according to the destination. Your order will be dispatched after you have paid the amount and we have received the corresponding document.

Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

In case of customs duties, the consumer will be charged. International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Dress2Undress  is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 8-20 business days to process and ship.
