Payment Methods
Our “Dress2Undress” company in order to facilitate the transactionsoffers you the following ways of payment ::
CASH ON DELIVERY(It only applies in Greece)
It only applies for shipments within Greece and the additional cost comes to the amount of 5€ (including VAT 24%). The payment takes place upon delivery of your package via the courier service we cooperate with.
We would be much obliged if you contacted us in case of not being able to receive the package so that we can assist in your service.
We would like to inform our clientele that should any order not be received, the future ones will only be accepted by using a credit or debit card, via paypal or with bank deposit.
In case that your order’s total is above 150€ the option “cash on delivery” will be no more available, and you will can only proceed with the payment via credit/debit card, paypal or bank deposit.
CREDIT OR DEBT CARD
Dress2Undress gives you the ability to pay via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. In debit or American Express payments, the charge will be in real time.All payments are fully secured.
PAYPAL
For PayPal purchases, simply choose this payment type and click “confirm order”. Then you will securely be redirected to Paypal’s website in order to complete the payment.
- EXPRESS PAYPAL PAYMENT
To link accounts, select PayPal as a payment method, then select "Save PayPal items for future purchases". Then you will be redirected to the payment page where you can complete the linking of the accounts.
If you want to unlink the accounts, go to the PayPal settings and make the change in the "Pre-Approved Payment" field in the "Payments" section.'
BANK DEPOSIT
To make a bank deposit payment, please select one of the following bank account numbers to which the deposit must be made. The deposit must be made by a bank of the country where the order invoice was issued and the customer will be charged for all bank transaction charges.
You must indicate your name and your purchase code in the deposit data, just as it was entered when the order was placed. The order will be shipped only if we receive the deposit.
As soon as you deposit the payment of your order, we advise you to inform us via e-mail at [email protected] with your name, order number, payment amount and the bank to which you sent the funds.
The deposit must be made within three (3) business days of the day of the order. If the corresponding amount is not deposited, the order will be canceled.
To buy on an invoice, select this form of payment when you check out and make a "Payment Confirmation".
SAFETY
In Dress2Undress, the security of online shopping is something fundamental. All transactions are made through secure payment systems and the confidential payment information is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the bank.
We use SSL certificates for online transactions: Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code and American Express Safe key.
Purchase limit
For safety reasons, purchases exceeding € 1,500 or 40 pieces cannot be made.
